the easiest & healthiest cookies in all the land

okay, well maybe they aren't the healthiest in all the land. but they are pretty damn close. bonus, they are actually delicious.


side note: you can manipulate this recipe as much as you want. that's why i didn't include exact measurements.

ingredients

+ bananas

+ nut butter [i prefer almond butter, but also like to use peanut butter]

+ oats

+ chocolate chips [duh]

+ coconut flakes


directions

+ preheat oven to 350

+ mash up yo bananas

+ add a spoonful or two of your nut butter

+ add oats [you want the texture of a wet cookie dough]

+ add chocolate chips & coconut flakes

+ plop onto baking sheet & throw em in the oven until they are golden





that's it folks. told you they were super easy.


they're perfect for breakfast, before or after workouts, good for kids [my siblings love them], plus it's a good way to use up the bananas you bought at the store that haven't been eaten.
